I closed on my first home on December 21, 2020! I’m so grateful to Jermey McDonald and his mortgage team for all their hard work! They were very professional and knowledgeable! They told me I would close and I did! The process was very streamlined and I signed most of my docs on my mobile phone! The only time I had to sit down in a office was at the actual closing so that worked well with my busy schedule. I will definitely use them again and they are highly recommended!

Thanks to Jeremy and his team my husband and I are first time home owners! Jeremy and his team were absolutely amazing! My husband and I started this process with low credit and Jeremy helped guide us throughout our credit repair process. Jeremy and his team worked hard day in and day out to make this happen for me and my family, even in the midst of a pandemic! Before choosing Carrington as my lender, I spoke with four different loan officers and worked with two of them. I was recommended by my real eastate agent to give Carrington a try and she let me know that she worked with Jeremy in the past and he was great. She truly recommended the right person. Jeremy was fantastic from the time I found my home until I closed. He took his time with me and answered every question by educating me with the pro's and con's, not just what was easier for him. He worked with my new real estate agent with ease and not only made sure the loan closed on time, but within the 30 days that I was shooting for. He went above and beyond by closing the gaps in communication between the insurance company, the seller, my real estate agent, and myself and did not leave it all on me. He even took the time with helping me understand my debt to income. I appreciate everything that he did and it made a stressful process enjoyable and memorable. And I am now a first time home buyer! I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase or refinance.
Jeremy is the guy to call if you're looking for a reliable, dedicated, and educated Loan Officer. His ability to listen to your situation and guide you into the best loan program is something I praise him for. Another important point I might add is that he'll stay in constant contact with you and keeps you up to date on getting your loan approved. It was very easy to do and I am very appreciative of all of those at Carrington Mortgage who worked with me through this process. I had tried to refinance with Quicken Loans prior to working with Carrington and in over three months time Quicken still had not closed the deal so I said goodbye to them. Once I contacted Carrington, they had Jeremy McDonald work with me and all was said and done in just over a month and that was only because of me taking time to get things done due to some personal issues going on at the time. It was such a pleasure to work with Jeremy McDonald, Roger Delawder, Madeline Lindner, James Eyraud and the rest of the Carrington Mortgage team!
